SD-WAN Network Engineer
Job Description:
Based in the heart of the UK, my client is an advanced technology services company providing professional services and software defined solutions to enterprises across the world. We are looking to grow our Engineering team and require a full-time consultant. The individual we are looking for will be a highly motivated and skilled team player with a complementary understanding of the associated technologies across Compute/Virtualisation/Storage and Backup.
The Role:
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Lead detailed architectural and product conversations with customers
- Assess and audit a client’s infrastructure across a multi-domain architecture
- Create detailed, highly professional documentation and design documentation
- Build and test lab solutions
- Plan, build, integrate and test solutions in live environments
- Undertake troubleshooting and fault finding
- Contribute to the team’s delivery processes
Skills & Attributes required:
This role will require the successful candidate to have the following skills and competencies:
- 5+ Years of Network Engineering experience
- Experience in one (or more) of the following domains:
. 3+ Years experience with Cisco ACI
. 2+ Years experience with Cisco SD-WAN, or another vendor.
. 2+ Years experience with Cisco SD-Access
- Experience of designing and delivering Software Defined networking solutions
- Knowledge of Cisco Software Defined networking technologies
Hours/Contract:
37.5 hours
