Cisco 2nd Line Support Engineer
Job Description:
ParaTech Solutions has a vacancy for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a global specialist in Software Defined Cloud technologies. This 2nd Line Support Engineer vacancy will be within the Service Desk team; it would be ideal for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer that is keen to improve and have a career beyond the service desk.
My client specialise in delivering Software Defined technologies for cloud, data centres and networking infrastructure to public and private organisations globally. They provide professional/ managed services and consultancy services. This 2nd Line Support Engineer vacancy is the result of increased client demand of the services they provide.
The Role:
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be based in the Data Centre. They will be responsible for the provision of technical and cloud infrastructure support to customers globally, assisting them with PC, Server, networking and hardware issues.
You will be required to take ownership of these issues until they are resolved or successfully escalated.
